What to have ready
- Room sizes. Length and width of each ceiling, or total square footage. A rough number is fine.
- Year built. Anything before 1990 means we will talk about asbestos testing first.
- Photos. A couple of shots of the ceiling, including any stains, cracks or vaulted areas.
- Has it been painted? Painted popcorn costs more to remove; if you are not sure, we will check.
- Finish preference. Smooth, knockdown, or scrape-only. Not sure? We will explain the difference.
- Access notes. Condo regime, gated community or HOA work-hour rules, if any.
